Well, this 2008 spacious 31’ ft Chateau Sport is the perfect size for new or experienced RV drivers… it drives easier then an Uhaul truck. It features a V10 chevy workhorse gasoline engine, 4KW Onan gas generator, Apple/Android car-play auto compatible, for easy GPS navigation connection. Rearview camera provides live viewing while driving. Provides 3 sleeping areas that can accommodate up to 7 guests. Equipped will all the amenities of home including heat and A/C, interior and exterior showers, 2 queen-sized beds convertible sofa bed and dining table. Shades and curtains throughout and windshield cover for extra privacy. Equipped with 2 TV’s, electric refrigerator, microwave, 3 burner gas stove and oven. Includes linens, sheets, towels (4), pillows (4), toilet paper, serving bowls, paper plates & bowls, cups, pots and pans, cooking utensils and plastic eating utensils, k-cup coffee maker, and mini instapot. Plenty of storage space underneath. When you’re ready to sit outside to enjoy nature, you can sit comfortably under the 14’ awning with exterior turf rug, outdoor table, chairs and games available for the whole family to enjoy! For your safety, the RV is equipped with fire extinguisher and smoke & carbon monoxide detectors. Also, the unit receives a thorough Covid-19 cleaning after every use!

The RV was great! It was clean and fully stocked for anything you may need during your trip. Kevin was very helpful and explained things very well for me being a first time RV user.

We had a great time on our camping trip in the RV. Kevin was very thorough in showing me the ins and outs of the Rv and he made all the paperwork a breeze. He even went above and beyond and followed us to our destination to help us hook-up and get set up! Couldn't have had a better experience and peace of mind from this first-timer. Kevin was also extremely quick to respond to anything we needed throughout the trip, even in late hours. The family loved the RV and I definitely recommend this if you want to rent a great RV with a great owner.

Our family enjoyed a coastal trip for the first time and we’re glad we chose Kevin’s RV! She’s a bit older, but simple, clean, and easy to drive. The kid’s enjoyed the popcorn and we loved having every thing provided so we didn’t have to overpack. A few issues came up, as with any older RV would, and Kevin helped us out right away.

First time RVers here! Kevin and his wife were so friendly, responsive, and great at explaining everything we would need to know to have a successful first experience. Thanks to their guidance we had a wonderful, seamless trip. RV was clean and stocked with everything we could possibly need (including a cute snack basket!). Highly recommend and hope to book again in the future!
