• No smoking of any kind including vaping inside the camper. If there is any evidence of the fact you will forfeit your $500 security deposit • No pets allowed. Just do a simple sweeping of floors, wipe down of counters and take trash out. • No food or drinks allowed in Bedroom or Bunkroom. If there are any signs of food and drinks in either of those rooms (behind cushions or under beds), an additional $100 cleaning fee will be billed at the end of the rental. • If you are not at the camper, please put the Awning in to avoid damage. The number one insurance claim for RVs is awning damage from wind and or rain. Leave awning unextended if there is any wind to avoid damage. • Before returning, place all dirty sheets and towels in shower.
