If not listed, please reach out and we can discuss your desired location. Preferred destinations are RV resorts and state parks with at least electric and water hookups.Very spacious camper with everything you could need for a wonderful weekend away with the family. Upgraded Queen-size memory foam bed. Keurig coffee maker, toaster to start your morning. Full bathroom, towels provided. Outdoor entertainment, two fridges and TV. Bunk room with plenty of beds and space. Kitchen includes plates, cups, silverware and paper towels, propane stove & oven, microwave, fridge & freezer.
50 inch TV in living room. 40 inch TV in bedroom. Living room has two sofas that pull out into full size bedding arrangements. Master bedroom sheets and bedding provide. Bunkroom bedding is not provided, we recommend bringing sleeping bags to make things easy.Please let us know if you have any questions. We make it our goal for you to have a great camping trip as if it was our own! Prior to departure you must empty trash, sweep, wash any dirty dishes, as well as clean up the mess you have made. We take extreme pride in our camper and expect the same treatment from renters. We do a deep cleaning after every trip to keep our camper looking and smelling like new.Available upon request for additional fee.

• You will receive a clean camper & are expected to return a clean camper. Just do a simple sweeping of floors, wipe down of counters and take trash out.
• No food or drinks allowed in Bedroom or Bunkroom. If there are any signs of food and drinks in either of those rooms (behind cushions or under beds), an additional $100 cleaning fee will be billed at the end of the rental.
• If you are not at the camper, please put the Awning in to avoid damage. The number one insurance claim for RVs is awning damage from wind and or rain. Leave awning unextended if there is any wind to avoid damage.
• Before returning, place all dirty sheets and towels in shower.
• No pets allowed. If there is any evidence of the fact you will forfeit your $500 security deposit
