2018 Minnie Micro Minnie
Please note: Ladybug is currently winterized until further notice. During the fall and winter season the camper is winterized so the use of on-board water is not allowed (sink, shower, toilet). We enjoy going on trips and know the hassle of remembering to bring everything, so we went ahead and on the last picture we added a list of all the things we provide and things we recommend that way this trip is stress free! This trailer provides plenty of storage that way everything can be put inside, and your vehicle can remain roomy. Ladybug is very light and can be towed by SUVs and anything bigger that has installed a 7 blade connection. We provide an adjustable ball hitch at no extra cost but if you prefer your own, it is a 2 5/16 inch ball. If you don't have a brake controller, we can add that at an extra cost of $30. (Colorado state law requires a brake controller for any trailer 3,000 pounds and over.)Ladybug provides an ideal moment outside and inside. On beautiful days you can sit outside and jam with the outdoor speakers. As the night settles in, feel free to turn on the LED lights as well. For any rainy days, or a good time inside, you are provided with fun games and movies that can be heard with Ladybug's surround sound system. Any moment inside and outside this trailer will be worth it!We want this experience to make a key memory for you and for anyone that accompanies you. Please feel free to call or text me with any questions!Ladybug is rented with no on-board water, it is much easier to tow around and helps with fuel consumption. Once you get to your destination or close to, you will have the proper material provided to you that way you can fill up.If you have onshore power all the amenities will be available to be used, if you are dry camping you will require a generator for all the amenities to work. There is a dual-fuel generator available that you are more than welcome to put as an add on, it can run on both gas or propane. Ce qui est inclusDelivery and pickup within 25mi radius upon request

Hello adventurers! Our names are Leon and Liz and we enjoy exploring the outdoors together with our two corgi pups and our families; and we are very thrilled to share our Micro Minnie with you and your family as well! Our favorite places to camp in Colorado are Jefferson, Buena Vista, and Granby which all offer a great way to escape and enjoy the outdoors. We also have really enjoyed Bear Lake in Utah which has very turquoise water and also Lake McConaughey which offers a nice road trip. If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out!

1. Please do not insert baby wipes or flushable wipes in the toilet. Such actions will cause damage to the toilet and sewage tanks, of which the renter is responsible for the cost of repair and loss of use. Minimum repair cost is $750.
2. Please do not insert sanitary products in the toilet. Such actions will cause damage to the toilet and sewage tanks. The renter of the RV will be responsible for repairs as a result of flushing of sanitary products. Minimum repair cost is $750.
3. Please do not use chlorine bleach inside the RV. Usage of chlorine bleach products will cause damage to the sewage tanks, furniture and flooring. Chlorine bleach is harmful to campground sewage systems, as well as wildlife. The renter is responsible for damages caused by use of chlorine bleach products.
4. Please do not allow food debris to be placed in sink drains. RV sink drainage cannot accommodate food debris and particles. The renter will be responsible for repairs resulting from placing food particles and debris in RV sink drains.
5. Please do not drive the RV in excess of the 81 MPH speed limit. Driving an RV in excess of the speed limit causes excess wear and tear. The renter is responsible for damages that result from driving at excessive speeds.
6. Please do not text message or use any device while driving that could distract attention from driving. Such activities can be dangerous, hazardous, and could be considered negligent.

10. Please do not climb the RV ladder or attempt to stand or sit on the roof. The renter is responsible for damages caused by climbing the ladder or use of the RV roof.
11. Please do not smoke cigarettes, marijuana products, vaping devices or E-Cigarettes in the RV. Such activities cause odors that are offensive to future renters, and result in excess cleaning at the end of the rental period. The minimum charge for recovery of smoking odors is $750.
12. Please take all necessary precautions to ensure that the RV does not smell of cigarettes, marijuana products or any type of vaping product. Such odors are offensive to future renters of the RV.
13. Please take all necessary precautions to ensure occupants do not vomit, or otherwise, soil the RV unit. Vomit cleaning and odor removal will result in excess cleaning fees, which may exceed the security deposit.
14. Illegal activity is prohibited within the RV, by the renter and the occupants. The renter is notified that the owner will comply with law enforcement, concerning all inquiries related to illegal activity.

The trailer was just what we need and had everything to make for a great camping weekend. Rental pickup was effortless and returning was easy. Next time we rent a trailer we will definitely be renting from Leon.

Leon was a terrific host, he provided excellent support and information, and he made check-in and check-out a breeze. The Micro Mini was a charming camper and absolutely made our vacation the best. Everything worked beautifully inside and out of the trailer. I highly recommend renting from Leon and especially recommend use of the brake controller, it gave us a lot of security on Colorado's big downhills.

Leon was the best hosts for my first time with a trailer! Leon messaged me before our trip to ensure I had all the equipment needed. His optional additional rentals of the generator and break controller were so convenient and in great shape. On the day of the pickup, we spent an hour going over everything - he was so kind and helpful to a know-nothing like me. By the end of our test-drive I had the confidence to drive it to the mountains! The trailer itself is in really great shape, everything clean and in good repair. It fit our family of five just fine. The trailer had smoke, CO2 and propane alarms to keep our family safe while traveling. The included chairs and tent made relaxing easy. The return was easy-peasy - it felt like returning it back to a friend! We look forward to renting the Ladybug again soon. Overall, five stars for making it easy for our family to make memories together.

My boys (12yrs & 8yrs old) had a fantastic trip through Utah, Arizona and Colorado! The 7 days were filled with National parks that availability would only accommodate the smaller size of this camper. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Leon and his wife were awesome! Great camper and in great condition. Took great care of us and would rent again! Thanks again to you both!

Great experience renting from Leon & Liz! Leon was responsive prior to even making the reservation, and everything was as described on the day. We were so appreciative he was flexible with pick-up and drop-off time as we live quite a bit south from him. Ladybug treated us right on the trip! Finding 5 of everything was great (utensils, plates/bowls, camp chairs, etc.). Would rent from Leon again, although we loved it so much, our "should we get a hardside?" question has now been answered -- we want a Ladybug of our own!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
I tend to be flexible, just let me know in advance and I tend to make it work!
