5.0The pick-up experience was great. They walked thru everything with me and showed me how everything operated. Discovered that the generator had an issue and they had a technician fix the problem right there before we left. The RV was clean. It drove well and everyone was comfortable with the drive. We used it to drive our crew to Talladega for our annual NASCAR trip. Returned the RV thru the night drop without any problems. Will rent this unit again for our future road trips.
