Always love our trips with Road Adventures! Clean unit, instructions for everything, and a smooth trip! Will definitely book with them again!

Overall I had a positive experience with the company. Paul who did the walk thru with the unit was pleasant and great to work with. His counterpart Sara needs a major lesson in customer service she is cold, not friendly at all and has the personality of a pissed off badger. I would question renting from there again due to my experience with Sara alone.

We are a small company who thrives on appointments; if a renter is late, it throws our busy schedule off- which can be frustrating. We strive to ensure every renter has the best experience possible, which is why we are strict on our appointments- it is simply because we care about our renters!
