Pet and tailgating friendly does NOT mean you can trash the unit. Respect of host's property & time is still required! Host cleans this unit personally, and uses it too!
Climbing to/standing on the ROOF is PROHIBITED.
Awning is only to be used during periods of bright sun + no/low wind. Awning should ALWAYS be fully retracted when RV is unattended. This is the single easiest way to protect your security deposit!
