The passenger side features the kitchen with a single sink, three-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, and pantry. The driver-side slide-out holds the sofa and dinette — perfect for meals, games, or relaxing. Up front is a private queen bedroom with wardrobes and overhead storage.

• No smoking of any kind inside the trailer (strictly enforced). I will gladly charge you an additional $500 cleaning fee on top of the $250 excessive cleaning fee, as well as any other cleaning fee that I can apply through Outdoorsy. Don't interpret this as you can smoke in the trailer for a fee. Seriously, don't smoke in the trailer.
Care of the Camper
• Treat it like your own home.
• Do not climb on the roof, awnings, or exterior components.
• Report any damage or issues immediately.
• Return it reasonably clean (see cleaning section for details).
Towing
• You must have a properly rated tow vehicle, brake controller, and towing experience. The renter assumes full responsibility for safe towing and operation.
Off-Grid & Location Use
• Off-grid camping and boondocking are welcome. However, this trailer works best when connected to shore power or a generator. The factory ~200W solar system is designed mainly as a slow maintenance/trickle charger for the batteries and is unsufficient to fully sustain the trailer for extended periods.
• Multiple systems — including the refrigerator, lighting, fans, water pump, and 12V outlets — can operate on battery power, but their performance will degrade quickly without reliable recharging.
• Batteries are affected by weather conditions, prolonged or heavy use, and recharge best when connected to shore power or a good generator.
• We recommend bringing your own generator if you plan to camp off-grid for more than one night or want consistent power for all appliances.
