1.0I paid for a sway bar it was not supplied, the gooseneck to the sink was broken and could not be used. The commode valve leaked and ran in to the floor therefore we couldn’t use water at all and had to haul water in in 1 gallon jugs to do dishes and rinse urine into tank. There was little are no bed linens so we all slept in sleeping bags. He accused us of having an animal with us and we don’t even own an animal. Ever thing from lighter to paper towel had to be purchased by use. It is a badly maintained unit. I would never rent it again. .

It is not necessary, but recommended. It allows the vehicle to utilize the breaking system that the camper itself is equipped with. Highly recommended for longer journeys and or smaller tow vehicles. This is not something we can provide or install. You would need to contact a mechanic or RV shop to have it installed on your vehicle.
