Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

If the ground is level, then raising/lowering the roof is most easily done when the trailer is connected to the tow vehicle on level ground and without the jacks deployed.
If the ground is not level, then disconnect the the trailer for the tow vehicle and completely level the trailer with the jacks. Then raise/lower the roof.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

There are 400 ah of electric power and a 2000W inverter that feeds 110v outlets, 12v outlets and usb outlets. No noisy generator required!
I have eight 4-gallon water jugs -- and you can fill and refill those as needed. They feed the outdoor shower and the inside sink -- both with instant hot-water available with a propane heater.
Sewage is not applicable. There is no toilet or black tank.
