Résumé de l'évaluation

Responsive and accommodating, but one cancellation

Richard is praised for great communication, quick responses, flexibility with pick-up/return times, and timely delivery. He was described as nice, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. One booking was canceled 5 days prior to departure.

New, clean, but amenity/maintenance issues

The trailer is new, clean, and modern, offering comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, and a fireplace. However, guests noted missing amenities like TVs, an awning, and a second door, and reported issues including a worn mattress, unemptied waste, and broken jacks.

Me and my family love to travel. I own and manage a couple of Vacation Rentals, which got me interested in trying Outdoorsy. I'm excited to use and share this brand new camper. We traded in a tiny 2009, 16 foot Jayfeather camper. This 26footer feels enormous by comparison. If you're interested, feel free to ask me about information on any of my vacation rentals. I'll even throw in a 10% discount on any future booking ; )
