4.0Overall this was a good experience. The van provided a smooth ride and was easily maneuverable. Baylee provided her phone number and responded quickly to a few questions we sent via text while on the trip. The only disappointments were because the van is older and has high mileage (e.g., large crack in windshield, check engine light constantly on, fuel gauge not reading correctly, battery button sticking).

5.0Excellent experience! David was very helpful, and his partner Bailey was also incredibly supportive. The van itself was great — very useful throughout the trip, especially with all the thoughtful gear they provided. I highly recommend renting from them. The pick-up and drop-off process was smooth and easy.
