This Pop Up Tent Trailer is in very good to excellent condition. It is easy to tow and easy to set up. To help those who have not set up a trailer of this type before, a step by step guide is available that should answer any questions you might have regarding setup and use.
This trailer has been thoroughly cleaned inside for your protection. A cleaning deposit is required when renting the trailer. In order to comply with the Covid19 guidelines recently implemented, please clean the countertops, floors and upholstery fabric with an appropriate cleaner before returning the trailer. If the trailer is returned in acceptable condition, the cleaning deposit will be cheerfully refunded in full.

Slide Out, 60”- will sleep up to 2 adults comfortably.
Slide Out, 48”- will sleep up to 2 adults comfortably.
Dining Table- seats 4 (can also be made into a bed which will sleep 2 small kids.
Cooktop- Portable Propane cook top can be used inside or outside the camper.
Refrigerator- 3-Way (115 VAC, 12 VDC or Propane Gas).
Heater- Operates on 115 VAC or 12 VDC Rated @ 20,000 BTU.
Kitchen Sink- Single compartment Porcelain Sink.
Ceiling Fan- Max Fan Model 4000K 3- Speed.
Fresh Water Tank Capacity- 11.0 Gal.
Number of Propane Tanks- 2.
Total Propane Tank Capacity- 40 Lbs.
