Highly communicative, understanding host
Christian demonstrated consistent excellent communication, providing helpful literature and quick responses. He was understanding of schedule changes and promptly resolved issues, even offering delivery and setup. One reservation was canceled last minute.
Well-equipped, versatile R-Pod
The R-Pod (RP-177) is compact but well-equipped, providing all necessities. It functioned as a peaceful stationary bedroom and was perfect for off-grid trips. Guests found it comfortable for 1-3 people.

5.0Christian was wonderful with comunication from the beginning to the end of our trip. We had a good time in the RPod. It was stationary at our friends home and worked beautifully for us as a bedroom and a peaceful place to relax in the evening. We had an issue and let Christian know and he corrected it as fast as he could. Loved getting to know him and look forward to reading some of his published books. If the chance arrives to rent again we would.

5.0The owner of the trailer we rented was fantastic. He had very helpful literature that answered any question we could think of when we were out camping. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive and quick with replies.

5.0Christian is an absolute gem of a host. As usual, super communicative and extremely understanding (we had a delayed pickup and dropoff). Cant wait to rent from him again. The trailer speaks for itself..compact yet has everything you need. If I could buy it from him, I would! :)

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

I've got an instruction manual to help you with all this.

How high does the ball hitch need to be to tow the R-Pod?
R.
You'll need the ball hitch to be 17"-19", as measured from the ground to the center of the ball. This way the tongue jack wheel can be easily removed and there's clearance for the bottom of that jack so it doesn't scrape.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
I generally do drop-offs and pick-ups somewhere in the town of Colfax (or in the Colfax High School parking lot), as it's easier to find than my house. As for flexibility, I'll try to accomodate your needs. Let me know and we'll work something out!
