No smoking is prohibited inside or within 20 feet of the van. Driving is only allowed on dirt roads open to passenger cars. If you damage the van while on a dirt road the renter is responsible for paying for all damage and fees. If the van is returned excessively dirty renter will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $50. Driving through any forms of mud is not allowed. Customer agrees to return all add-ons in the condition received. Customer agrees to return all screens as received or pay the replacement cost of $150 per screen. Pets are only allowed in the van if a pet fee has been paid. Pets are not allowed on any seats or beds. If excessive pet hair is found a $100 cleaning fee will be charged. Any windshield chips are subject to a fee of $100. If the customer chooses to leave their personal car near the van’s designated parking place, Endless Escape LLC will not be liable for any damage, theft, or anything else regarding their vehicle. The customer agrees to cover all charges related to toll/bridge fees and traffic violations. If Endless Escape LLC is billed directly for these costs after the guest reservation has already ended, the guest agrees to pay 125% the cost. The guest agrees to cover all damage that is not previously recorded on the damage photos provided. Any vehicle rented under this agreement may only be driven by authorized drivers. Vans must be returned with the same fuel level at departure. Fuel will be billed at 150% cost. If a guest puts the wrong fuel into the van they will be subject to a fee of $10,000.00.
