Responsive and flexible owners
Hosts Daniel & Jesse Mae provided great communication, answered questions promptly, were accommodating with pick-up/return times, and helped out when a trip was cut short.
Heavier towing weight than listed
Vehicle is clean, well-stocked, roomy with a slide-out, and AC/heat work well. However, actual empty weight is 5960 lbs, significantly more than listed, requiring a powerful truck for safe towing, especially when full.

5.0I was very impressed with how clean and well stocked it was. My only negative was that it weighs significantly more than the listing says it does. The actual empty weight is 5960 lbs so with it loaded full of water it was right at the edge of what my truck could pull. I am glad my destination was as close as it was and that I didn’t have to go through any significant curves such as those that exist in Yellowstone. My truck nor myself would have appreciated it. As long as you’ve got a good truck for towing this is an excellent rv.
