2014 Livin' Lite Camplite

~45 min from downtown CharlotteTowing-Our Camplite 21BHS is the perfect camper for the family with a small pickup or SUV. I recommend 5000# towing capacity for comfort. Weighing in at only 3350 Lbs dry and having a dual axle makes this camper an easy tow. I have a special andersen hitch and weight distribution system I set up for you when you pick up. All you will need is a two inch receiver and a standard 7 pin tow connection. The camper does have trailer breaks so if you are heading up into the mountains and have a light tow vehicle you might want to have a trailer break controller installed. The electric power jack makes hookup a breeze.Setup-All hoses and connections are included and well organized. I will walk you through each step of the setup and take down process. A standard 30 amp power cord is supplied with 15 amp and 50 amp adapters. This trailer is an easy one to learn on. I am available on text and cell for quick questions and help if you have issues.Livability-You can sleep a family of 5 comfortably (6 if kids) in the camper. There is a full time queen bed in front, 2 bunk beds in the rear, and a slide out dinette which converts to a "full" size bed. No dry bath here, you get a full bathroom with stand alone toilet and shower. The bathroom is stocked with cleaning supplies and RV toilet paper. The kitchen is a nice size with good counter space, stainless sink, dual burner propane range, microwave and a nearly full size 3-way fridge and freezer. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, a cutting board, and knives. I keep a tote of disposable plates, bowls, cups, and utensils stocked for your convenience. Cleaning supplies, Trash bags, paper towels, matches, and first aid kits are also on-board. Storage abounds inside this camper. This camper has a nice new Smart TV, a digital antenna, DVD player, CD player and radio.Hvac-The camper has thermostatic controlled A/C which requires a campsite hookup or a generator to operate. There are 3 interior ventilation fans for mild weather camping. The camper has built in thermostatic controlled forced air propane heater and I supply two auxiliary electric heaters. The water heater runs off of propane. The refrigerator can run off of propane or electric.Linens-The queen and bunks come with mattress protector. Clean Fitted sheets, sheets, blankets, pillows, and pillow cases for the queen and two twin bunks can be rented for $30 per trip. Please supply your own towels and washcloths.Prep Fees and Cleaning Fees-The prep fee includes propane and a variety of consumables listed above. There is no need to refill propane prior to return or restock consumable items. Please return camper in like clean condition. A $75 cleaning fee applies if interior is not in like condition upon return. Please return the camper with grey and black water tanks emptied. A $75 charge will be applied if I need to empty the tanks. There is a $1000 charge for smoking any substance inside the camper.Generator-A 3500w gas generator can be rented for $15 per day and includes a gas can and one full tank of fuel. This generator will run the A/C. Run time for this generator is approximately 11 hours at 25% capacity per tank. There is not storage for the generator on or inside the camper, you will need to keep it locked in your truck bed or inside your vehicle, cables and lock included.Weather and Returns:There is no refund available for early returns or weather cancellations.
