Camper looks new, we’ve only used it twice, have pot, pans,linens, it also has an outdoor shower and kitchen. The bunkhouse is real if you have kids or the couch makes a full-size bed, if you have two couples. We can provide 4 lawn chairs for the outside, to sit under the awning in the evening and relax, play cards or games. The owning has has built in lighting and the stereo has surround sound with speakers on the outside of the camper. The camper sleeps a couple in the master and 4-5 in the bunkhouse part. The table and sofa do make beds but whoever’s staying in the bunkhouse can not get to the restroom when either are made out. So it really only sleeps 7 comfortably. I’d you have wet or muddy shoes, boots or feet plz leave shoes outside.
