Towing & Operation Renter is responsible for verifying their tow vehicle's towing capacity before the trip. Weight distribution hitch must be used and properly adjusted at all times. Maximum speed while towing: 65 mph. No off-road use beyond maintained gravel/dirt roads without prior owner approval. Slide-outs and awnings must be fully retracted before moving. Campsite Setup Always use wheel chocks and leveling blocks before unhitching. Stabilizer jacks are for stability only — do not use them to level the trailer. Do not exceed 30-amp service connection. Utilities Potable water hose is for fresh water only — never connect to non-potable sources. Combined black and gray tanks must be emptied before return (unless convenience dumping add-on is selected at time of booking). Do not put anything in the toilet except waste and RV-safe toilet paper. No flushing wipes, paper towels, or feminine products. Interior No smoking inside the trailer — $500 cleaning fee if violated. Up to two pets allowed. Maximum occupancy: 2 persons. Remove shoes inside to protect flooring. Kitchen Propane appliances must be turned off when the trailer is unattended or in motion. Do not leave the stove unattended while in use. Return all kitchen gear clean and in original condition. Return Conditions Trailer returned in same condition as received — interior clean, dishes done, trash removed. Tanks dumped (unless convenience dumping add-on is selected at time of booking). All gear inventoried and accounted for. Any damage, however minor, must be reported before return — not doing so may affect security deposit. General No subletting — the renter on the booking is the only authorized driver/tower. Renter is responsible for all tolls, campsite fees, and dump station fees. Owner must be notified immediately of any mechanical issue or accident. Trip itinerary or general destination shared with owner before departure.
