2023 East TO West Entrada M-Class 24FM

Jacob, this beautiful RV, and our very first rental was an amazing experience! This RV is practically brand new and very modern and stylish and super clean. Also, for brand new renters it was so easy to drive. We took it for a weekend Penn State White Out tailgate and all our friends and neighbors could not believe how beautiful it was. Everything worked perfectly and was super comfortable. The owner and renter, Jacob was so accommodating and accessible by cell phone call or text the entire time. He even checked on us if he didn’t hear from us on a certain day. He answered every question and explained everything thoroughly to us first time renters who had no idea how an RV worked. I would recommend him and this rental to anyone out there looking for an easy to drive RV with slide outs for extra room and an absolute great time. The vehicle is generally in good condition and my family and I had a great time but I would not rent from Jacob again. Whilst Jacob was kind enough to allow early pickup the vehicle was not clean upon pickup - dirty both inside and out. There was a large crack in the windshield discovered by my aunt, which Jacob claims is safe, but just be aware as he did not point it out. There was a bent broom in a closet for which he charged me for damages. There was no wiper washer fluid in the vehicle and the vehicle was infested with black ants. Throughout our entire trip black ants kept crawling for every crevice of the RV. I bought and replaced DEF for which Jacob claimed he would reimburse me and he did not. He placed a non-heat resistant dish drainer right next to the burners which melted upon use of the burners for which he charged me. All the kitchen utensils were practically flimsy doll's toys. I used a fragrance oil which splashed on the bathroom cabinet panel. Jacob claims he has to replace the panel at my expense so look out for that "replacement". The fuel tank was 1 bar low when I picked it up and I filled it to the maximum level and this was not taken into consideration by Jacob.

Jacob was a great host. The pickup and drop off were very easy. He explained everything about the RV, and he was available to answer questions about the RV during the trip. The RV was the perfect size for 2 people, and it could have slept 4 people. It was easy to drive and got good gas mileage. The RV would practically new. Jacob also included many items for cooking and camping in the RV. I would highly recommend renting this RV.

What a wonderful experience! We were first timers and Jacob made everything super easy. He answered our questions before and during the trip and was always quick to respond. The RV was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was easy to drive, clean and cute with enough storage space to hang our clothes and pack away our snacks. We have a fabulous stay!
