5.0I’m really glad I rented William’s trailer for my trip. You can tell he’s put a lot of thought into what he offers and all the little details that make the experience easier. What I appreciated most was how patient and helpful he was with me. This was my first time towing a trailer, and he took the time to walk me through everything, explain what to watch out for, and make sure I felt comfortable before leaving. It turned out to be much easier to drive than I expected! I never felt rushed or silly asking questions, which meant a lot as a first-timer. Thank you, William, for helping me feel prepared for the trip. I’d absolutely rent from him again.

5.0Had a great experience renting with Will. He remained communicative from pick-up to drop-off, which was helpful as we had a couple of questions about the trailer after we arrived at our campsite. He sent a gear cache request (ie: list of camp and trailer items) for us to select from before pick-up to ensure we had everything we needed. He also sent walk-through videos of the trailer which came in handy. The trailer was spotless when picking up and we had no issues at all. Would rent from again. Thanks Will!
