Please keep in mind, this is a 2006 Sunseeker and not a 2014 or newer. We consider this a 'family camper' with a pet. It's to go camping and have fun, not go to the Emmy Awards. We have it professionally cleaned between each rental. It has less than 36,000 miles on the engine. The RV is checked (fluid levels, lights and safety checked) between each rental and oil changed every 3,000 miles. New tires were installed June, 2018. It sleeps 5, although the brochure says 8. Queen bed in bedroom, full size bed above drivers area, couch pulls out to twin bed and breakfast table becomes a small bed. The kitchen area has a slides out to provide more room. Upgraded flat screen T.V.'s, DVD player, plenty of storage outside. This is an ideal rental for campgrounds or hooking up to 110 with our adapter. However generator will Not run the A/C or Furnace. We rent for less because it is an older model and pass on the savings to you.
