The RV unit drove and performed well however the RV was not delivered to us as described. It was supposed to have a folding king bed, but when we arrived to pick up the RV it had a full queen that would not fold. Made things very tight in the back of the RV and next to impossible to get into the washroom unless the back wing was extended out. We were told that there was an issue with the previous rental and they did not have enough time to get the right bed. We also had a issue with the water system as it would not pump water. After calling in from the road for assistance, all Samuel Caouette, salesperson at the dealership, could suggest is that we drive back to St Nicolas, near Quebec City, to have someone look at it. We told Samuel that this was not an option as we were already past Riviere du Loup, QC and to backtrack would have cost us one day. We asked Samuel to find us a dealer on our route to the East coast and he said he did not have a dealer outside Quebec....With no more help from Samuel we did our own troubleshooting and found an RV dealer on our travels in Miramichi, NB, and within 15 minutes of our stop and $91 later, they found that the winter bypass valve was in the wrong direction and, presto, water......They also did a little tune up on the generator that wasn't running well. During our telephone calls with Samuel, mentioned above, we complained about the bed and we were told that we were made aware of the bed issue when we picked up the unit and we could have cancelled the rental....With a family trip to the east coast planned, this was not an option from our side....Very unprofessional. We asked for compensation from Samuel and he only offered the $100 that we spent. Terrible experience dealing with Samuel and would suggest people steer clear of this dealer as it seems they are only interested in our money, not helping enjoy our experience...Sad when people can't admit they made a mistake and make things right.... Last but not least, we were charged $100 fee for a later return. Contract says 10:00 return, which was discussed at pickup, but we were verbally told, that as long as the RV was back before 12:00h, we were OK. Unit was returned at 11:15H.

Trés mauvaise expérience. Le réfrigérateur et la génératrice ont cessé de fonctionnés dès le début. Le matelas n'était pas de la bonne grandeur donc il y avait une dénivellation dans le lit quand nous étions couché. Bien que les employés ont tenté de nous aider, nous avons été laissé à nous même pour le reste du séjour. Nous avons perdu de la nourriture et dépensé beaucoup d'argent en surplus pour trouver des moyens de garder la nourriture. De plus, nous n'avons presque rien eu en compensation soit une réduction de seulement 10% sur la facture totale ce qui ne couvrait pas du tout les frais supplémentaires que nous avons eu. Plus jamais je vais réserver avec VR sans frontières.
