What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
We work from home, so we can be very flexible, but we also have small children. So, we ask you respect the times you have requested, or we have discussed. We have been burned quite a few times, so we do have a strict return policy about being late for drop off. Full night charge if rig is more than 4 hours late, so if you are going to be quite late, you might as well enjoy for one more night!

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
R.
Double check propane tanks are turned on and full. Ensure you turn on the water heater on the outside and inside of the unit. Extend the slide out all the way until you hear a loud clink. Double check you have AC on cool, we have made this mistake too many times and had it on air.
