Whether you're heading to a Tim's Ford Lake campground, horse show at Miller Coliseum in Murfreesboro, a family reunion, or a weekend getaway, this well-appointed travel trailer has everything you need to feel at home on the road. Two pets allowed. We do not rent to Music Festivals.Sleeping for six with a private front bedroom that has it's own separate AC control, a fold-out sofa bed, and a convertible booth dinette. The layout includes a separate bedroom with door for privacy. Note: The Dining Table that converts to a bed is better suited for smaller humans :) not adults.Two slides make for the main space having plenty of room for cooking, playing games, and hanging out with the family.The outdoor camp kitchen is a genuine highlight: small refrigerator, sink, counter space, and upper and lower storage make outdoor cooking and entertaining genuinely enjoyable.We do offer full service to include sheets and towels for an extra fee (just because it costs our time to wash/dry them after every rental). • Any smell at all from smoking inside the until will result in an automatic forfeit of security deposit.
• Renter must use only the RV-safe toilet paper provided. Flushing any other toilet paper, wipes, feminine hygiene products can damage the plumbing.
• Renter agrees to sign Rental Agreement before delivery. If you have questions about this agreement please ask and we are happy to clarify anything needed.
• Do not use our towels as beach towels. Any towels or sheets damaged or missing will result in a $50 deduction from the deposit.
• This unit is a DELIVERY ONLY. Not a pick up option.
