Renter is responsible to pay Outdoorsy processing fee of 2.95% for all post-trip fees collected.
No Smoking, vaping or drug use is allowed in the RV. The entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit.
Pets are allowed only with approval. If there is any evidence of pets without approval, there will be a fee of $500. No rodents or felines will be allowed.
If approved pets are to be brought into the RV, renters are required to purchase "Interior Damage Protection" which is a one time-fee paid to Outdoorsy.
Renters are liable for any parking violations and fees when in their possession. Owner will not pay these violations.
Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of the systems, features and appliances. It is the renter's responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features, or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for the cost to repair.

Returns are due from 10AM to 11AM. At 11:01AM you are considered late and will incur a late fee of $50 at the start of each hour you are late. Pick up is from 4PM - 5PM. At 5:01PM you are considered late and will incur a late fee at the start of each hour you are late.
Tire damage/excessive wear is the responsibility of the renter for replacement/repair. If the renter believes it is due to maintenance negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation paid for by the renter. Reimbursement is based on that result.
The RV fuel tank must be refilled to FULL upon time of return. If tank is not full, a $25 Refuel Fee plus the cost of fuel will be charged.
If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call the roadside assistanc

Our family of four, + our Labradoodle, discovered RV Camping one spring ago when we rented an RV and took it to the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon National Park!
