This RV is in great condition and well maintained. Sleeps 5-7 comfortably with a queen bed, double over double bunk beds, and a dinette that converts to a bed. All beds except dinette include a 3" gel/foam mattress topper. Also has an outdoor kitchen that includes 2-burner range, refrigerator, and counter space (pictured). Very lightweight and you don't have to have a big truck to tow easily. Fully stocked and ready to roll!Includes: Dishes, Cookware, Utensils, and Fans.**This camper does not allow animals due to allergies**Optional add-ons and upgrades listed below.

My husband and I live in the Waco area with our two children, Myla & Ryker. We are very active in our church and we love to spend time with our family, most of whom also live in the area. We are just as content on a stay-cation as we are travelling all over the country because we love where we live and we believe we live in or near some of the most beautiful places in the world. We started as RV renters and now we are owners who offer our RV to others so that their families have the opportunity to see what we've seen.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Our general rule is that we are flexible when the sun is up. Lighting where we keep the camper is very limited so picking up and dropping off in the dark is possible but much more difficult.
