• House Rules – 2025 Grey Wolf • No Smoking/Vaping: $1,000 penalty for any smoke/vape smell or evidence. • No Pets: $500 penalty if evidence of pets is found. • GPS Tracking: RV has active GPS for safety/insurance. • Festivals/Relocation: No festivals, tailgating, unauthorized events or relocation. Delivered rentals must remain where set up. Unauthorized movement may result in cancellation, recovery costs and renter liability for damages. • Self-Tow: Only the approved tow vehicle/driver may tow the RV. Proper hitching, brake controller and safe towing are required. No off-road, beach, field, trail or unmaintained-road use. • Awning/Weather: Retract awning during wind, heavy rain or whenever unattended. Close windows, doors and roof vents during rain or when leaving the RV. • Toilet/Septic: ONLY provided RV-safe toilet paper may be flushed. NEVER flush wet/“flushable” wipes, baby wipes, paper towel, tampons, pads or other foreign material. Renter is responsible for all actual diagnosis, unclogging, cleaning, sanitation, plumber/RV technician, travel, labour, parts, disposal and repair costs caused by prohibited materials. Costs may be deducted from the security deposit/reserve; amounts exceeding it remain the renter’s responsibility. • Tanks: Self-tow rentals must return black/grey tanks empty. Full or partially full tanks: $100 dumping fee. • Cleaning: Remove garbage/food and wash dishes. Excessive dirt, stains, bodily fluids or abnormal cleaning/sanitation will be charged at actual cost. • Damage: Report leaks, damage, collisions, broken items or malfunctions immediately. No unauthorized repairs or modifications. • No Roof Access: Do not climb or walk on the roof. • Missing/Damaged Items: Renter pays replacement/repair cost for missing or damaged keys, remotes, cords, hoses, adapters, furnishings or equipment. • Occupancy: Maximum 8 people. Renter is responsible for all guests. • Late Return: Return by 11:00 a.m. Late returns may incur charges.
