Please no smoking or vaping inside of the RV. If the RV comes back smelling of any kind of smoke your entire security deposit will be retained for professional cleaning.
We love pets and allow pets by approval only. Renters with pets are required to purchase the additional damage protection plan. If the vehicle comes back with urine, stains, or pet odor, the additional cleaning fee is taken out of the security deposit.

Ethan was very communicative and accommodating from the beginning to help our first RV trip go smoothly. The camper worked great for sleeping four, including a toddler and a baby. It is definitely a smaller trailer, so storage is limited. Definitely a great trailer to experience camping for the first time!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
As long as I do not have an renter picking up or dropping off opposite you, I can work with what time is agreeable during the day.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
Electric plug is a 30 amp male plug in with a surge protector. Water hose can be directly connected to city water connection or fresh tank can be filled and used until needs refilling. A filter is provided and already attached to the hose.
Q.After connections are made what are the next steps for setup?
R.
If you have not leveled the vehicle and put wheel chocks down do that and then the stabilizers. Next unhitch the vehicle. Then adjust the stairs to make sure door can shut. Check that nothing is in the way of the slide, extend the slide out. Turn the water pump, and water heater on. Bleed the air out of the system by opening the water faucet. Turn on AC(ceiling 1 knob control) or heater(propane needs connected thermostat on wall near fridge).
