Unfortunately, our motorhome rental experience was very disappointing due to multiple communication gaps and unexpected costs. It is also important to note that by the time many of these unexpected details became clear, canceling the booking was not a realistic option due to the strict no-refund policy, leaving us with little choice but to proceed and absorb the additional costs and inconveniences as they came. One of the main reasons we chose a motorhome was for the freedom and convenience of being able to comfortably travel, prepare meals, and get ready while on the go. Unfortunately, the experience did not match what was represented. At pickup, we were surprised to learn there was no practical electricity setup as we expected, which was never clearly communicated beforehand. Something as basic as getting ready in the morning became difficult — my wife found herself stopping at gas stations just to fix her hair. Before booking, we specifically asked about kitchen supplies and were told there would be pots and pans. In reality, there were only a 3 pans and virtually no basic kitchen essentials, forcing us to stop and buy items just to prepare meals. We also only discovered after booking that bedding and linens were not included. The sleeping setup was simply converting the sofa/back seat into a bed, and our first night was extremely uncomfortable. We ended up purchasing a mattress topper the next morning just to get decent sleep for the rest of the trip. Additional frustrations included extra charges for having water prepared, no airport pickup option (requiring us to pay for Uber transportation), and a late pickup fee due to a delayed flight that was outside our control. To be transparent, during the trip the side entry foot step sustained a minor cosmetic dent but remained fully functional. Despite this being minor cosmetic damage, we were asked to pay the full repair cost, which felt especially frustrating given the overall experience and lack of clear communication throughout the rental process. We understand rentals come with responsibilities, but transparency matters. We would have made different decisions had these details been clearly disclosed upfront.

Great camper dog friendly we had a blast

The van was very clean and every thing worked as expected. We enjoyed using it for our camping trip to the beach.

The RV was in great condition. Easy to drive and to clean when we returned it. The hosts were very responsive and provided a set of videos to help us learn how to operate the RV. The only thing that was lacking on hot summer nights in FL was an AC in the coach!
