3.0The owners were responsive and kind. The RV is spacious, comfortable, and drives well. The RV shows more wear than expected for age. We had an electrical issue during our trip that the owners worked with us to resolve. Overall a good value and rental experience.

5.0The RV was absolutely wonderful! We were picked up at the Phoenix airport by Marco, who is very nice, and quickly taken to the RV in the cell phone lot. All the things were explained and we were on our way. We had a great trip to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The RV was comfortable, drove well, even on the rough roads near Flagstaff going 75 mph. Any questions we had during our trip were quickly answered and resolved. We were plenty warm at night with the temperatures in the 20s at the Grand Canyon. It was better than I could have imagined. I would definitely recommend this RV to rent.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
R.
Pickup and drop-off times are flexible within a few hours of booking each way. More than three hours prior to pick up or 3 hours after drop off times must be approved and an additional $60 may be incurred. We are very flexible though so please do not hesitate to ask us in advance for special arrangements. We want you to have the best travel experience on your schedule.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
R.
This RV drives off a Ford Transit and is relatively very easy to drive. Like all RV's, there is some noise while traveling and even though we do our best to minimize it, please be aware of that prior to booking.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
R.
Electric cable (30 AMP), water hose, and dump hoses come included with our RV. We will review how to use them at Key Exchange but it is a simple connection of cables to RV and to the campground site.
