Had a few minor issues with some mechanical pieces but were able to trouble shoot on most. Overall great experience and would recommend. Everything is just as the pictures show, spacious, lots of storage, easy to drive.

First time experience with such a large vehicle. Took a while to get used to it but it was mostly fun after that. The vehicle shows the age, but pretty much everything was functional except for the audio system. Also, the slide out makes the galley really roomy. The instruction videos and JR’s explanations were very easy to follow.

JR was very responsive from beginning to end. The RV was everything we needed and were looking for, was as shown in the pictures and through the descriptions. Very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. AC worked like a dream. Would rent this again! Great trip and great memories.

JR was very accommodating and extraordinarily helpful in detailing the operations of the RV. Remarkably, everything worked the way it is supposed to. It was an excellent experience overall.

Please be aware!! We filled up and cleaned all the tanks within 15 miles from dropping it off, he never looked at it when we were there, but he charged us almost $200 stating we must not have done either of them correctly. Total scam!! We rent homes and RV's regularly and always take care of everything as if it's our own. Terribly disappointed.

So sorry this went sideways. These were nice clean folks all around. However, in the end I had to refill diesel fuel, propane fuel and drain a half full waste tank to the tune of almost $200. To be honest, I'm not really sure what else I could have done to make the situation right. I want to thank Outdoorsy for doing a great job getting all the facts and handling the situation correctly.
