Henry accommodates flexible pickup/drop-off and provides incredibly detailed walkthroughs for all RV functions. He is consistently communicative, promptly answers questions, and patiently assists first-time renters, even helping with car seat installation.

The RV is consistently praised for its ease of driving, cleanliness, and comfort. A/C and furnace work well; it comes stocked with necessities. A bike rack is available but may not fit small bikes. Note: TV removed, and child seat accommodation can require removing the dining table.

5.0We had a great experience renting Henry’s RV. He was very flexible with both pickup and drop‑off times, which made planning our trip so much easier. His walkthrough at pickup was incredibly thorough and detailed — this was our first time driving an RV, and he went over every feature so we felt confident before hitting the road. He even took the time to show us how to install the kids’ car seats, which we really appreciated. The RV itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of four (two adults and two young kids). Everything inside and out worked exactly as expected. The listing originally showed a TV, but Henry explained at pickup that he had to remove it due to repeated damage from previous renters. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but worth noting for others. We used both the A/C and the furnace during our trip and both worked great. We also added the bike rack. Our kids’ bikes were a little too small to fit on it, but they fit easily in the storage compartment, so it worked out fine. Overall, Henry was easy to work with, very knowledgeable, and clearly cares about making sure renters feel prepared. We’d happily rent from him again.

1.0This was the worst experience. The RV could not accommodate child seats and the engine exhaust exhausted into cabin . We had to return the RV right away, within a couple hours. Never never again.

5.0Henry was an amazing host! Did a full check list before we left, was very helpful when I needed help with the generator/ furnace! I’m a newbie so I had a couple questions. He was nice and let us do an early pick up and late drop off for a small fee, super accommodating. We had a great trip and would rent again from him!
