This 1996 Fleetwood Coleman Cheyenne pop-up tent camper, who we have affectionately named Alice, has been completely remodeled to a cozy, chic, rustic camper ready for your next adventure. We are near Door County, The Kettle Morraine, Lake Michigan, and many State Parks ready for you to explore! Alice is great for families with children!Alice comfortably sleeps 5 adults, with one king bed, one full bed, and the dinette folds down into a twin bed. To keep you cool in the summer heat, Alice has a rooftop air conditioning unit, and to keep you warm during cold fall nights Alice has a brand new electric heater. We have installed fun LED color-changing mood lights to gently light the camper at night. The front of Alice has a large locking storage. For those who need their morning cup of joe, Alice comes with a 3-in-1 breakfast station that includes a coffee pot! Light cooking can be done on the small skillet and toasting in the toaster oven. All cooking should be done outside of the camper (besides coffee or tea) for sanitation and safety purposes. Included in your rental fee is basic utensils for cooking as well as white linens.Alice is a dry camper, she does not have running water or propane. We suggest bringing bottled water for cooking and drinking. We recommend cooking over a fire ring (the best!) or anything available to you at your campsite.Alice requires 30 amp hookups and has a gross weight of 1,775 lbs and is about 19 feet long. Amp power should not exceed 30. To tow Alice, you will need a 2-inch ball and 4 pin connector. If you don't have these items you can rent them from us for an additional fee.We installed new tires this season. Please Note: At this time we have a later pickup time of 6pm if this time does not work for you please reach out to us. We will try our best to work with you to fit your needs. Ce qui est inclusFresh white linens for each bed and basic camping utensils ( spoons, forks) are included.3 in 1 breakfast station for light cooking and coffee/teaRecommandationsThere are many state parks near us! Some of our favorite places to camp are up in Door County! Door County has numerous attractions from Spring to Fall, including wineries, lake views, and hiking trails. Later in October, there is a chance you could see the Northern Lights! The Dells is another good choice! Pick from privately owned campgrounds or state parks! Devils Lake is one of the most popular state parks in Wisconsin with it's beautiful views. Autres points à signalerSmall to medium ( no more than 45 lbs), well-behaved, potty-trained dogs are welcome. Please pick up after your dog according to park rules.
