Having a distinct vibe, you won’t find the “cookie cutter” feel of being in a typical RV. Instead you’ll feel like you’re staying in a boutique hotel. It comes with linens for the queen bed, towels for bathing, kitchen items for light cooking and serving, Keurig K-cup coffee maker, the kitchen has a stove and an oven.DEPARTURE AND RETURN AVAILABILITY: We try our best to avoid departures and returns on Sunday and will not do pick ups or drop-offs ON or one day BEFORE the following holidays (but you may schedule your rental period over these holidays if they are available): New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Independence Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.SEASONAL/EVENT PRICING: We increase our nightly rate during high demand times. This includes major holidays and special event, such as Formula 1.FUEL AND RETURNS: The RV must be returned with a full tank of gas along with the other items our RV Return Checklist, provided in handbook. Please return the RV with a full tank of gas and empty waste water tanks including gray and black or there will be and additional $125 disposal fee.INSURANCE CLAIMS: Any damage to the RV resulting in an insurance claim will also constitute a forfeiture of the entire security deposit to compensate for lost revenue while the RV is in for repairs and to compensate us for the additional time and travel expenses to deal with the damage.PETS: Maximum of 2 small-medium sized dogs only and no cats (got bad allergies in the family). Make sure to select the pet cleaning service from the add-ons if you have any dogs you are bringing. We are very meticulous with cleaning up pet hair and if we find pet hair after a trip when no pet was disclosed we will deduct the pet hair cleaning service from the deposit. So just be honest if you bring a pet, we have a dog hair blanket we include and launder for free, we accommodate pets but require a fee for the additional work it takes to get all the hair.LATE RETURNS: If the RV must be returned no later than 4pm. We need the daylight to photograph the outside and submit any damage reports. Returns later than 4pm may result in a $100 late fee.SPEEDING: Please follow all traffic laws for the roads you are traveling. The sweet spot for fuel efficiency is no greater than 75mph.SMOKING: Smoking inside is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit.ROOF: There’s nothing up there to worry about so don't get on the roof (not even if you are Santa)TOLLS: Renter is responsible for all tolls incurred during the rental. As some tolls can take several weeks to arrive, we reserve the right to charge for tolls up to 6 months past the rental period if needed.RecommandationsAustin is full of rivers, lakes and state parks. Take a day trip or travel down to the coast. Visit national parks or head cross country to beaches, mountains, or cities.

Hey! We're Lee & Amanda + 4 kids & 2 Shi Tzus! We love to be outside and play in the water! Camping, cliff jumping, boating and hiking are all things we love to do as a family! Having an RV to go back to for a snack, nap or card games makes our adventures all the more memorable! Trips to the beach are some of our favorites, and we love hiking in Southern Utah!
