This is a well-kept 29' family RV with a private bedroom and two slide-outs, that sleeps 8 people (although it's more comfortable with 6). The beds include a comfy queen in the private bedroom (with a folding door) , a double bed above the front cab, a fold-down dinette table (good for two children or one teen), and a fold-out couch. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, linens & towels, A/C, heater, microwave, outside stereo, indoor and outdoor showers, generator, hot water heater, high-capacity auxiliary battery. There is a large built-in propane tank, and propane is provided for free. Everything you need for a fun family vacation! This is a Winnebago Minnie on a Ford E-450 chassis. The engine is a 6.8L, V-10, 306 HP 4-speed automatic overdrive with 4-wheel anti-lock brakes. Width without slideouts open is 8'4", slideouts add another 2' when out. Height is 12' but assume 13' for safety margin.While it's a little older than some others on Outdoorsy, we use the money from renting to keep it in top-notch condition. Absolutely everything works, the tires are replaced every two years, the engine is strong, and Every ONE of our 20 reviews is 5 stars. Most RV's here have 1-5 reviews. Read them and see :)We are located in beautiful Castle Rock, Colorado, 20 minutes south of Denver, within easy reach of the Rocky Mountains, Estes Park, Yellowstone, the Black Hills, Mount Rushmore, and Montana.

We rented Tim’s 2004 Winnebago Minnie for the Memorial Day weekend. We had a terrific experience with both Tim, the owner, as well as with the RV. Everything about the RV was exactly as advertised: is it’s very well fitted out and in very good condition, drove well and was great for all of our needs. Tim was terrific, he spent plenty of time showing me everything I needed to know about the RV and, as it was my first time renting an RV Tim also had some great, very informative tips for traveling. I couldn’t recommend Tim or his 2004 Winnebago any more highly; it was a great experience from start to finish."

Tim’s RV made our trip easy and fun. We rented from him last year for the same trip and it was just as before. We’re novice RVers, but he made it easy for us. It’s well stocked with household essentials. He even saved our s’mores making when we forgot our roasting sticks - there are some in the outdoor storage, along with some games and other useful camping gear. We’d definitely rent from Tim again.

- Please be aware that although there are beds for 8, it's nice and roomy with 4-5 people, but any more than that and it would be a bit cramped. - Pickup/dropoff times are negotiable - Strictly no smoking inside. This is our family RV, not a commercial rental. If I smell even a hint of cigarette smoke after you return it, the carpet and bedding will be professionally cleaned it and the cost deducted from your security deposit. - No towing without advance approval. The tow hitch will be padlocked unless approved in advance for safety and insurance reasons.
