The trailer was very comfortable. Loved the AC in this 100°F heat! There wasn’t any toilet paper, cups, plates, bowls, or bath towels so we had to buy that stuff. The trailer wasn’t level so we found someone who knew how to do it so we wouldn’t slide off the toilet.

Easy to work with. Good communication. The fridge had a slow start cooling down in the heat, but it worked out in the end. Comfortable bed. The blinds are missing a section, I finally put a towel over to keep the morning sun out.

The RV was great and Shane was great to work with. Always very helpful and responsive to communications.

Shane's dad was a gem in being sure the trailer was leveled and fully functioning when he dropped it off. Shane was great at communicating and flexible. Only thing was some of the blinds are non-functional and there were no bath towels, but that was my misunderstanding. Overall, it was just what we needed for our KOA trip.
