Enjoy a comfortable, relaxed camping trip in this top of the line model for Coachmen tent trailer.Highlights include dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker and outdoor camp BBQ with propane. Trailer is also equipped with 11' awning (Currently Unavailable), hot water heater, water pump for running water to sink and outside shower, bunk end lights and fans for the king beds on either end, 75' 240v 30A power cord, massive storage trunk on front for storing coolers, small bikes, lawn chairs, clothing bags, etc... Can also include a 12V 120V electric cooler at no additional charge upon request. Mattress protectors and fitted bottom sheets provided for king end beds.Trailer weighs close to 2500Lbs and has electric brakes. It requires tow vehicle to have a 2" ball (I can lend you mine if needed). I have a Curt wireless brake controller available so that even if your vehicle doesn't have a brake controller you'll still be able to control the brakes through a Bluetooth connection on your smartphone with a free app you can download! Our trailer has been fabric treated regularly and won't leak a single drop even in the wildest rainfalls.No smoking in this trailer please!We will be happy to demonstrate how to open and close the unit at pick-up or can deliver the trailer and help set up at camp for the delivery fees mentioned.
