It is fully self contained. It is clean. It is spacious. It sleeps 6-8 people. Bedroom in back sleeps 2 adults, the couch sleeps one adult or a couple of kids, the over head bed can comfortably sleep 4 children or a couple of adults. It has a convection oven/microwave, stove and oven, double sink a refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, a good sized bathroom with shower, private bedroom with t.v., and the overhead sleeping area is huge. Perfect home away from home for a couple of adults and a handful of kids.

Please...RV will be full of gas at pick up, return full. No towing. DUMP and FLUSH, with fresh water, all grey water (sink and shower) and black water (sewage) prior to returning. Please only toilet paper in toilet. ( No wipes of any kind, no paper towels, NO diapers in toilet.) Do not pack up outdoor items if wet. Please allow them to dry thoroughly to avoid mold and damage. (ground mat, camp chairs, garbage can, shade/rain canopy) Clean and put away used dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Clean, dry and put away tablecloths. Leave any used linens in laundry basket. Please empty all trash and return clean. Don't climb on roof. No smoking in RV. No pets. Above all... Enjoy!! Thank you.
