Justin is highly communicative, responsive to questions, and provides helpful pre-trip instructions and comprehensive RV tutorials. One trip was canceled on departure day.
Drives well and easy to navigate
The RV is comfortable, easy to drive, operate, and navigate, with modern features. However, some maintenance issues (intermittent stairs, pilot light) and missing supplies were reported, and cleaning could be more thorough.

5.0Owner was extremely helpful with great communication. RV was very modern with cool features and we loved having access to the app. I do think it could use a deeper clean between use. There were crumbs in the passenger seat and the toilet could have used a better clean. This was our first time renting so I’m not sure how clean the rented RVs are normally.

4.0Communication with the owner was smooth, and the RV itself was clean, comfortable, and drove very well on the road. We did run into a few maintenance and supply issues during our trip—including missing basic items like the black water hose connector, a pilot light that went out, and entry stairs that were intermittent and need repair. While those issues required some patience during our stay, we appreciated how easy the owner was to work with and how nicely the rig handled on the drive. With a few quick repairs and a stock check before the next trip, this rig has great potential for future travelers.

5.0This is a perfect motorhome for a 4-5 day experience. It was very easy to ask Jason questions before we rented and then while on our vacation. This size rig is easy to drive and operate. The pre-trip operating instructions were very helpful and they made our trip uneventful and glitch free.

4.0Interactions with Justin were great. The RV was clean, well-maintained and easy to navigate. My family loved the experience and would recommend Justin and the listing to all. 4/5 stars in my view represents a great experience. There were items we had to troubleshoot, but very much in line with expectations given my lack of experience. Justin was very responsive to all.
