Start your outdoor adventures in comfort and style! Our 2022 Coleman includes a queen master bed, bunk beds (both full size), fold-out couch (twin), and dinette conversion (twin). The master bedroom area boasts 2 small closet areas that can accommodate hanging clothes. This area can also be easily separated from the main living area with a large privacy curtain. The indoor features include all the comforts of home. You will have access to a full kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer), full bath (shower, toilet, sink), and stereo system (indoor/outdoor). The kitchen cupboards are stocked with enough place settings for 8. Our camper has air conditioning to keep you cool in the Florida heat. We also have a heater to keep you warm at night during our "winter" months. The outdoor retractable awning includes lighting for a peaceful evening ambiance.We're definitely dog-friendly (upon approval) as we have our own two fur babies! Lastly, we will deliver in the Swfl area. Please get in touch if you're interested in enjoying our home away from home!

* No Smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.
* You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
* RV is festival friendly but you must purchase the Outdoorsy Damage Protection plan if your trip includes attending a festival or tailgate event.
* Pets are allowed upon approval but you must purchase the Outdoorsy Damage Protection plan if you bring your pets along for your trip.
* Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result
* Owner will provide information on operation of the trailer at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of the trailer systems, features, and appliances. It is the renter's responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features, or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost repair.
