4.0RV could use a deep clean but overall was perfect for what we needed. Pick up and drop off was super convenient and easy! Austin was great to explain how to use everything and prompt with communication.

5.0Austin was extremely accommodating throughout the entire experience. We had unexpected trailer light issues and ended up arriving almost 5 hours late for pickup, but he was patient, communicative, and incredibly informative. The RV was very clean, easy to use, and perfect for a first time RVer. Everything was set up in a way that made the experience stress free and enjoyable. Overall, it gave us the perfect camping experience, and I would absolutely rent from Austin again.
