Résumé de l'évaluation
Provides detailed setup and guidance
Austin consistently offers thorough walkthroughs, explaining all features clearly. He is highly communicative, responsive, and accommodating, often going above and beyond to assist renters, even with delays.
Easy to tow and beginner-friendly
Guests found the RV perfectly sized for easy towing, even with a Tacoma. It's clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and easy for first-time RVers, although some noted minor cleaning opportunities in the bathroom.

4.0The camper was fine and A Austin was excellent at communication. The only thing was that we were Boondocking and probably this is not the best camper for Boondocking. other than that, everything was great thanks

4.0RV could use a deep clean but overall was perfect for what we needed. Pick up and drop off was super convenient and easy! Austin was great to explain how to use everything and prompt with communication.

5.0Austin was extremely accommodating throughout the entire experience. We had unexpected trailer light issues and ended up arriving almost 5 hours late for pickup, but he was patient, communicative, and incredibly informative. The RV was very clean, easy to use, and perfect for a first time RVer. Everything was set up in a way that made the experience stress free and enjoyable. Overall, it gave us the perfect camping experience, and I would absolutely rent from Austin again.
