This was our first-ever RV trip, and overall it was a very memorable experience for our family of five. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire trip. As first-time RV renters, we had many questions, and whenever I reached out, he was always willing to help. On our very first night, he even responded to my stupid question around midnight., which I truly appreciated and gave us a lot of reassurance.
There were, however, a few issues with the RV itself. The biggest one for us was that the AC did not work properly while we were driving, which made some of the longer drives uncomfortable for the family. As a first time RV renter I wish I could have asked more questions before get going.
Despite these issues, I really appreciate how supportive and patient the owner was throughout our trip. His responsiveness made a big difference whenever we needed help, and overall this RV trip gave our family some wonderful memories.

Our hosts were fantastic! They communicated often and clearly with us as we set up the rental. The day we picked up the camper they were there to show us how everything worked. We really appreciated their taking the time to answer all our questions. They also checked in a few times to ask how things were going.

We had an excellent experience and thoroughly enjoyed using Cody's RV for our Ontario road trip. The RV was clean, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. Cody pays great attention to detail and ensures that nothing is overlooked. Communication was easy throughout the rental process and Cody was always responsive and helpful.
