RVs are an awesome way to experience the great outdoors, but RV ownership isn’t for everyone. We love to share our hotel on wheels with other families looking to get out and explore without having to deal with all of the responsibilities that come with owning an RV.Our 2017 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 264BHW trailer is ready to be your home away from home. It weighs in about 4600 pounds dry so it can be towed with a full size SUV or ½ ton or larger pickup. Remember to include passengers and gear in the actual weight you will be towing. It is definitely easier and lighter to tow than a lot of trailers out there.It has enough room to sleep 10 (were not talking 10 linebackers… kids and smaller adults would be best on the smaller beds) It is equipped with a full size queen bed in the master bedroom that you can walk all the way around (unlike some where you have to crawl in from the corner). There is a shower/tub and toilet in the bathroom with a sink outside the door so you can brush your teeth while someone is in the shower. There are double bunk beds rather than the smaller single bunks that many RVs have. The sofa folds down into a bed and the dining room table also converts to a bed if you need additional sleeping room. See the floor-plan for more details on beds.There are 2 TVs (one in the master and one in the living area) for rainy nights or when you just want to wind down after a long day of swimming and hiking. There is a 3 burner range as well as an oven for baking biscuits or cookies!!! YUM!!!! A microwave is very convenient for reheating or cooking when you don't want to use the oven. The refrigerator and freezer are great for storing groceries so you can save money by not eating out and are large enough to allow you to stock up.There is a 42 gallon fresh water tank as well as grey and black water tanks to handle waste. The refrigerator and furnace can run off propane so it’s possible to camp without any hookups. There won’t be any AC or TV when not plugged in at a campsite. The stereo has both inside and outside speakers so you can listen to your music under the trees. There is a 16 foot power awning for protection from rain or sun if you want to hang out next to the trailer and listen to some tunes or the birds.We have found that some travelers want to bring their own bedding, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, etc. Some just want to sleep in the trailer with their own sleeping bags and roast hot dogs over the fire outside etc. and use disposable dishes, while others (especially if they are flying in from out of town) would like to show up and have everything provided.We want to accommodate whatever you need while keeping our nightly rate lower than other, comparable RV’s, and we do this by charging a separate, additional fee for those who want bedding, towels, dishes etc. We will provide a toaster, coffeemaker, and many other essentials, but if you want to cook inside and use real silverware and dishes, we have them available. Please see add-ons for details and don’t hesitate to ask any questions you may have.We have folding chairs, hammocks and a few basics items included… Also in "add-ons" you will find options for stand up paddle-boards. If there are other things you would like to see offered... please ask us, we may have them too!*Tow-vehicle must be rated to tow the weight of the travel trailer.

The awning did not work it was broken from the prior guests. The gray water tank was full and after one day of use the water was backing up into the bath tub. I would warn that if you use this trailer that storage spaces are full from the owner.
