2011 Mvp Tahoe
Brand new in 2011, this driveable RV is the perfect size. At 23', you can still park on the front row in Carperteria and other park sites that restrict the best parking spaces to smaller vehicles. Fully equipped with propane/electric refrigerator, 3 burner stove, oven, heater for cool nights, AC for hot days, 2 ceiling fans for those not so hot days. There is a dining table area that turns into a twin bed. We always eat outside but it's there if you need it. Of course it has hot water and showers both inside and outside. The sink is outside the bathroom. No slide outs to get stuck half way out. Sits on a Ford E350 10 cylinder chassis so is dependable and has plenty of power. The rear queen size bed has a window right next to it which is perfect for listening to the ocean at night. It has a 3" memory foam topper on it and is as comfortable as my new bed in my house. The queen+ size bed over the driving compartment also has a window and it's a huge oversized queen. Probably closer to a king size. Includes a front window cover for complete privacy but you can put the side window flaps down for air flow. A Weber table top grill and separate propane tank plus chairs and a big umbrella are included. (I took the awning off because I could never remember the 12 steps to get it set up.) Easy to drive size. Easy to park size. I allow dogs as long as they don't chew things up. Holds plenty of water and I can dump it here where it's parked so you don't have to worry about that. All pot, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, and utensils included. All bed linens, towels, and blankets also provided. Just bring your food and clothes.Contact: When you contact me for a Quote, please:

Absolutely no smoking of anything in the RV! Sorry, but I have allergies. Please, no bug spray either. (Window cleaner works great for ants and flies!)
No climbing on the roof for any reason other than a suspected problem with vents.
Pets may not be left unattended in the RV for more than 1 hour. Regardless of the time left alone, RENTER is responsible for ANY and ALL damage caused by their pet. Remember, they are in a strange space and it is stressful for them.
The RV must be returned with the gas at the same level (usually full) as when they left. I charge $50 plus the gas cost to refill the RV if lower than when it left.
The RV must be level in order for the refrigerator to work properly! It will take ~4 hours for it to be cold enough for your food. I highly recommend a cooler to carry your food until the refrigerator gets cold.
Please don't leave the dashboard radio on. It will drain the batteries!
Theft at campsites is a BIG issue. Please don't leave anything valuable out overnight (i.e., grill, bikes you bring, etc.). Chairs and foldable tables are generally left alone.
