Brandon was a great host! The trailer was very clean and he had everything set up for us upon arrival.

Brandi was very kind and responsive. She asked us to pickup the RV a day early due to her work schedule-no charge. The generator want working which she told us when we picked it up. The RV needed a bit of cleaning though very clean on the outside.We had a problem with the water heater which we resolved by contacting the manufacturer ourselves. Everything else worked fine the rest of the trip. Brandi asked if we had rented an RV before and I had so she assumed we knew everything we needed-I should have had a more detailed explanation my mistake.As I said we worked out all the initial problems and the majority of the trip was good.
