Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing rental experience. I did not end up using the generator because it would not stay running after the host left, and I was not informed that I would need to provide/fill it with gas. I also don’t believe it was filled as stated. As a result, we lost food that needed refrigeration, and my two children were extremely cold the first night. There were also several basic items missing that were either stated in the listing or should have been communicated beforehand: no water in the trailer despite informing the host we needed to use the toilet, no linens, no lighter for the propane stove, no dish soap, no cloths/paper towels, and not even a lid for the pot. The communication and preparation were extremely disappointing. I’ve rented trailers before and have never experienced this level of missing essentials or lack of communication. For a two-day rental with two children, I expected the trailer to be properly prepared or, at minimum, to be clearly informed of what I needed to bring.

We had a great experience renting this trailer. The trailer was clean, comfortable, and everything worked well. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire rental. I accidentally lost the trailer key during our trip, and the host responded very quickly and was understanding and helpful in dealing with the situation, which I really appreciated. Communication was easy and smooth from start to finish. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this host and trailer to others.
