Communicative but deposit issues
Hosts are praised for easy, quick, and accommodating communication. However, one guest reported a withheld damage deposit, which was later refunded after Outdoorsy intervention.
Functional but significant power issues
While clean and good for small families, the camper has significant power issues: non-functional solar panels and poor battery life, requiring a generator for off-grid use. Mattresses are thin, and basic camping essentials (e.g., sheets, towels) were missing.

2.0The camper was fine but beware the mattresses on all the beds were paper thin!! Definitely recommend putting some foam padding down if you can. The Host withheld some of our damage deposit over something so minor and unreasonable but after speaking with outdoorsy customer service about the issue they agreed we were entitled to our full deposit back. So I give outdoorsy customer service a 5 star but unfortunately I can’t say the same for this host

1.0Unit not as advertised Solar panels not working and battery condition was poor. We borrowed a generator and ran it almost 24/7 Had to use battery power lanterns as lites did not work sometimes and no chance to use the heater with no power.
