Most of the basic stuff is included so you can plan easily and don’t have to worry about stocking from scratch, see list below.Extremely clean, great layout for enjoying the time with your family! Comfortable seating for dining that turns into nice space for 2 people to sleep. Full queen size bed won't let you miss being home. 2 bunk beds can sleep adults comfortably and for sure a plenty of space for kids.A lot of storage space to take out your goodies with you on the trip. Power awning and power slide-out. Speakers with capability to switch your favourite music to play inside the RV or on the outside speakers.Heavy duty weight distribution bars and Sway control bar included so you can travel in peace knowing the safety it provides. Solar panel is installed permanently giving the batteries an extra boost to last longer.Trailer is light enough that you can pull with some of the common SUVs as well such as Acura MDX, Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, etc if those are installed with correctly rated equipment for the load you are planning.List of included items:

We love taking the RV and camping long weekends. My favourite place is bow valley campgrounds. It's a quick get away in the mountains from Calgary and also we go close to beautiful trails to enjoy hiking as we are there.

The owner was very helpful in explaining all the features of the trailer.
I especially liked how much space was in the kitchen area once the slideout was fully extended. It seemed a little roomier than other trailers of this size.

Glad this is asked. Yes, there is manual for operating trailer and equipment in it such as Hot water heater, Gas stove, etc.
I'd be more than happy to give you 20-30 min quick tips and tricks as well and try to make you aware of as much as possible when you come to pickup the unit. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have prior to booking as well so feel free to send those my way.
