✔ Monitor fluid levels and tire pressure during longer trips.
✔ Empty gray and black tanks only at approved dump stations.
✔ Lock all doors, windows, and storage compartments when unattended.
✔ Report any accidents, damage, or mechanical issues immediately.
✔ Return the RV on time with all provided equipment and accessories.
RV Rental Don'ts
✘ No smoking or vaping inside the RV.
✘ No unauthorized drivers (only approved drivers may operate the RV).
✘ No pets unless prior approval has been given.
✘ Do not drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
✘ Do not tow anything unless approved by the owner.
✘ Do not exceed the maximum occupancy or cargo weight limits.
✘ Do not drive on unmaintained roads, beaches, or off-road trails unless authorized.
✘ Do not climb or walk on the roof.
✘ Do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or other non-RV-safe items into the toilet.
✘ Do not leave the awning extended during wind, rain, or when leaving the campsite.
✘ Do not ignore dashboard warning lights or unusual noises—contact us immediately.
Before Returning the RV:
Empty personal belongings.
Dispose of all garbage.
Wash dishes and clean cooking surfaces.
Return with the agreed fuel level.
Empty holding tanks if required by your rental agreement.
Return all keys, hoses, cords, and accessories.
Be on time for the scheduled return inspection.
Additional Charges will Apply For:
Late returns.
Excessive cleaning.
Smoking or odor removal.
Unapproved pets.
Unemptied waste tanks (if required).
Missing equipment or accessories.
Fuel or propane shortages.
Damage caused by negligence or misuse.
