Résumé de l'évaluation
Helpful, responsive, and flexible
Rob is friendly, helpful, and highly responsive, providing detailed walkthroughs and availability during trips. He is flexible with timing. However, one renter disputed mileage rates, and another reported a lack of insurance on pickup day.
Drives well and mechanically sound
The Majestic drives well, is mechanically sound and road safe. Renters find it clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It's generally in good condition for its age, with everything functioning. However, one reviewer mentioned it felt 'old and falling apart.'

5.0Rob was fantastic to deal with - the RV was very nice for her age, and everything was clean. There were no issues and we enjoyed our home away from home. I especially appreciated the dog-friendly rental.
